Do you want state-of-the-art performance and reliability in your building materials?

"A High-Tech Home"
  • SIPS construction results in a quieter home - with a tighter building envelope.
SAFER- More resistant to the "chimney effect in a fire.
  • Better Sealed - more comfortable to live in, with less mold and mildew growth.
  • More Environmentally Friendly - SIPs houses use up to 35% less raw timber than conventional construction.
In today’s market, consumers are looking for state of the art performance and reliability in all they purchase. In their new home they are looking for energy savings, straight flat true walls, no drywall nail pops, and no cracks due to lumber shrinkage. They are also looking for the shortest construction time, to allow them quicker access to their new home.

Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), manufactured by LPS in Cassville, Missouri, will satisfy this need for families looking for a high-tech home. SIPs are 7/16” OSB laminated to an EPS Foam Core. The standard thickness for a wall panel in a house is 5” and the roof panels are 6-½”. However, we do have the capability to customize the thickness to the customers needs. Using SIPs results in a building system that is very strong, cost effective and very energy efficient.

Because of our exacting quality control and in-house manufacturing, our SIPs are built to your specific requirements to give you greater flexibility in your house design.

With our attention to detail, LPS stands out as unique in the housing industry. To put us to work solving your need for a “high-tech” home, call us today. Look here for some examples of some of our homes.
