LAMINATED PANEL SYSTEMS, INC., manufactures and installs a diversified line of cold storage panels, doors and OSB SIPs panels. We have been 100% woman owned and operated since we started in 1998 in Pierce City, Missouri.

All of our quality, USDA approved, competitively-priced components are laminated in our newest manufacturing plant in Cassville, Missouri. From this location we are able to supply the mid-west region and the nation with the highest quality and the best prices. In-house manufacturing and quality control provide an engineered product precisely designed to meet your individual needs and local/state requirements.

Owner/President

Nora L.Young has owned and operated LPS since 1998. With a background in business management, real estate and panel construction, she has serviced the growing demand for SIPs construction in the mid-west through her Southwest Missouri manufacturing plant. Within 2006, she has expanded her reach into eight (8) other states.

Nora also spends her time promoting Habitat for Humanity and Women's Build in the local area, as well as participating in the local CASA program. She has a strong commitment to community involvement and encourages others to give.

Executive Vice President

Dr. Lyle E. Boyles heads the dealer/sales department along with other tasks. He has many years of experience in management involving multi-million dollar budgets. He also has years of experience working with architects, building contractors and others in the building industry.

Consultant and Installation Specialist

Thomas E.Young has over 30 years of commercial and residential building experience, with the last 17 years in the construction panel industry. He has performed every aspect of the panel construction process from design to manufacturing to installation.

Plant Manager

Brad Shoer has been with Laminated Panel Systems, Inc. since 1998. He currently oversees the manufacturing of precision panel structures and ensures that strict quality guidelines within the plant are maintained.

Sales

Scott Easley is the newest member of the LPS team. He brings with him over 20 years of sales, marketing and advertising experience. He has worked in the construction business for over 4 years, the last two as owner of his own construction/remodeling company.

Dealer
